1.Please keep your Email & Mobile accessible in order to check the OTP.
2.Please ensure that your Mobile Number & Email ID is updated with us to be able to receive your OTP and transact online.
3.OTPs will not be valid beyond 15 minutes of issuance.
4.System shall invalidate both codes if any code of them is wrongly submitted.
5.Only valid KYC details will get processed. Three failed attempts for the day shall block the combination of KYC to send any request to the system.
6.System shall reject the request even if any one of the KYC does not match and the dynamic system security does not match.
